If God Is Not Real

If God is not real then nothing really matters
We should all do whatever we want
We should spend our days running towards whatever’s most fun
And we should never give it a second thought

But, what if there’s more, what if life is deeper?
Deeper than what you can see with only these two eyes
But, what if it’s all true and there’s a God who loves you?
And there’s a deeper world than this, beyond our mortal lives

If God is not real then nothing really matters
We should all do whatever we want
We should spend our days running towards whatever’s most fun
And we should never give it a second thought

But, what if I am wrong, what if there’s an answer?
An answer for all you can see, and all that you can’t
What if I’m living out a lie, because I never thought to ask why
To find the answers for my life, I could finally understand

If God is not real then nothing really matters
We should all do whatever we want
We should spend our days running towards whatever’s most fun
And we should never give it a second thought

But if God is truly real, then that’s all that really matters
We should all seek whatever He wants
We can spend our days running towards wherever He leads us
It should be our one and only thought
